If you are looking for the best place to honeymoon in Belize check out this private island off San Pedro Ambergris Caye
Where is the best place to honeymoon in Belize and you may get many answers. What about a private island three miles offshore from San Pedro on Ambergris Caye called Cayo Espanto.
Cayo Espanto is the most incredible hideaway, a very private place to stay where you can take part in world class snorkelling, fantastic scuba diving and an all inclusive format with catered meals and top class and attentive staff.
There are only five cabanas on Cayo Espanto which already will make you realise why it is considered one of the top honeymoon destinations in the Caribbean never mind just in Belize. The staff ratio is two to every guest, you will almost feel as if it is your own private island such is the pampering you will receive, especially with your own personal houseboy to literally be at your beck and call throughout your stay.
To start at the beginning, so you can see why Cayo Espanto is the best place to honeymoon. You will feel special from the moment you are met at Belize International Airport by staff from the island. You can either hire a small plane for your flight to San Pedro or take the short hop by schedule if you don't mind waiting.
At San Pedro Airport you are met again by Cayo Espanto staff who will escort you to the island's boat, and from the moment you land in Belize your luggage will be taken care of. The trip to Cayo Espanto takes about seven minutes. You could opt for the boat trip directly from the International Airport which takes about an hour. What you are getting here is total pampering from the moment of arrival in Belize to departure.
You will find your villa luxurious, spotless, with its own plunge pool, and very plush indeed. The beds are very comfortable, you will sleep on fine linens, and there are top quality down pillows. The bedrooms are air conditioned, and ceiling fans as well. There is a whole house sound system with iPod docking stations in every room, and flat screen TV's with DVD players, and there is a DVD library.
It is like a private island paradise with your own little beach, boat dock and plunge pool previously mentioned, and not forgetting your hammock to lie in and take in athe great views and the solitude. If you are worried about getting value for money, then accept the fact you will get more than you ever bargained for. Your houseboy will treat you like royalty, and make sure you know where to go and what to do for the ultimate Belize experience.
The perfect honeymoon destination should be all inclusive, and Cayo Espanto is that, although wines and champagnes aren't included. Top honeymoon destinations should be exclusive and Cayo Espanto most certainly is. The best place to honeymoon would have great food and service and Cayo Espanto does all of that.
The food is exceptional, partly because they will have done their homework and found out from you before you travel what you do and don't like in the way of food. In fact you will want for nothing, all you need do is ask no matter what time of day or night. The chefs are amazing, and every day they will come and see you to check out what you want to eat, and where you want it to be set out. Meals are five star top European standard, and allow your room boy to make suggestions as to where you should eat, he'll invariably get it right as well!!
Words cannot adequately describe Cayo Espanto. It is sufficient to say that this private island all inclusive honeymoon destination must be just the best place to honeymoon.
