The bountiful nightlife activities of Tokyo

The stunning futuristic skyscrapers and continuously flashing neon lights that are spread out to the horizon, blend history and sparkling modernism as you take a quick taxi ride through the most famous city of Japan. There's no mandatory closing time and the sheer volume of drinking and eating venues are mind-boggling.

A traveller could pick up from a multitude of nightlife options in nightclubs, pubs, discos, quiet restaurants, meeting spots, coffee houses and lounges. Countless bars and night clubs in various styles lure in visitors to Tokyo for dancing and partying long before the girls and drinks arrive.

Good times are not only confined to Western-styled Japanese night clubs. There are also African-themed bars such as the Magambo, and restaurants known exclusively as typical Japanese can be found at Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi, and Akasaka which are the main nightlife districts of Tokyo. From upscale restaurants to "shot bars", the River Walk is lined with hot nightspots known as ‘hostess bars’ where a stunning Geisha (a woman hostess) would serve the guests. From the sleek and sublime to the rowdy and raucous, there is a place in Tokyo for everyone to have a good time till dawn. Gay bars are huddled in the Shinjuku 2-chome area.

There are many reasons why one should retire to Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo after an eventful evening in the city of Tokyo. This Tokyo hotel has maintained its good reputation for years as a gracious host prepared with its warm and spacious rooms. In a city where English speaking doormen and glamorous Neon lights at the entrance can mislead a tourist with their reliability, this Tokyo luxury hotel stands out from the rest as a hotel that can be relied upon as the finest retreat worthy of your stay.
