One of the best things about Birmingham has to be its great museums, galleries and attractions which are lively & interesting for the entire family. one of our favouritesis Dudley Zoo, which is situated next to dudly castle & has some fabulous animals that live in over 40 acres of beautiful gardens.
Some of our other favourite places include the sarehole mill, selly manor & bantock house.
If you're a shopping fan, you certainly won't be disappointed by birmingham city centre. From designer shops to small, independent boutiques, the city really has things for everyone to enjoy.
There are many independent outlets in the city's Custard Factory, which was built on the site of the old Bird's custard factory. as well as this, you will find high-street outlets in the city's Pallasades shopping mall that is placed just above new street railway station. alternatively, you could visit the city's brand-new Bullring mall, which has over 150 different outlets for you to browse & enjoy.
If you are lucky enough to spend the night in Birmingham, you should take advantage of the city's fun art gallery. The city has everything from quaint pubs & exclusive bars to major clubs, so you will discover there's something for everyone.
Needless to say birmingham has branches of much major hotel chains such as ibis & novotel. This means that you can wind down after your grand evening out with a marvellous sleep.
As it's located in the heart of england, getting to birmingham is simple. birmingham new street train station offers regular rail connections to and from various locations throughout the uk. as well as this, it is also accessed easily by road.
If you would like to fly to Birmingham, you may fly into Birmingham International Airport. The airport is just 5.5. m from city centre birmingham.
