Vietnam Tour
On behalf of my fellow travelers to Hanoi, I would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderfully organised trip to Hanoi.
All of us have arrived safely home and some have gone back to our daily routine. I am taking this opportunity on behalf of our group to thank you for a very well organised trip. The hotels were up to our expectations but The Crown Hotel at Halong was exceptionally good. The hotel at Sapa could have been better. Since the weather at Sapa was cold, we expected to have heaters in the room but there weren't any. The hotel expected us to pay for the heaters. However, Mr. Chung was kind enough to settle the matter with the hotel. Apart from this the hotels provided were clean and good.
We found the Vietnamese food delicious and sumptuous. The amount provided were more than sufficient for our group and we were most delighted to taste the local authentic Vietnamese food.
The itinerary provided was of the highest standard and we had the opportunity to visit so many beautiful places of Hanoi. The culture learnt and the scenery seen were most wonderful. It was most unfortunate that the weather was cloudy at Halong Bay on the day of our visit or else the scenery would have been breathtaking.
Last but not least we would like to thank Mr. Bang of Sapa and Mr Chung who took really good care of all of us during our visit. Special thanks goes to Mr. Chung, who was really patient and understanding to our demands.
Once again thank you for your well organised tour as well as your friendly tour guides provided for the duration of our stay.
