Where can I travel in South Africa?

What is better than having a place to return every year to have a vacation of a lifetime? Now, once you get the chance to visit South Africa, the Land of the Rising Sun, it is like a dream come true. South Africa gives you that freedom and space to live like you are at home. It is an overwhelming country that is located in the southern tip of the African continent and has three capital cities to its name which include Pretoria, Bloemfontein and Cape Town. And something else fascinating is that, South Africa has eleven official languages unlike other African countries! All over South Africa, you will find so many things to do, see and experience, you may not have enough time to do everything. South Africa is full of interesting places, where one can easily pass many hours into the night as you enjoy some of the extreme entertainment she has to offer. There are also a wide range of bars, cafes and clubs all over South Africa that consist of the African Footprints, the Nuyorican Café, the Rafikis, the Greenmarket Square, the Gecko Bar, the Café Mojito, the BAT Cafe, the Mama Afrika club and the Montecasino Village Club. Whatever type of bar or club you are looking for, you will find it in South Africa. Here you can sample some of the local delicacies. When it comes to relaxing and enjoying your time out, South Africa has something for everyone. This is a country that loves to laugh and comedy nights provide chuckles by some of the world’s best entertainers. Otherwise, for those who love the thrill of the stage, there’s a theatre galore or exciting extravaganzas at the Sun City. If gaming gets you going, pick from a dazzling array of luxury casinos, like the Roman-themed Caesar’s Palace or the awesome Grand West Casino. Tour some of the most spectacular sites in South Africa that comprise of the Robben Island, the Township Tours, The Kraal Gallery, the Castle of Good Hope, the Robben Island Museum, the Island of Tears, the District Six Museum, the Gold of Africa Museum, the Parlament and Tuynhuis and the Groot Constantia attractions. South Africa offers some great water sporting facilities. If you want to catch some sun and surfing, interesting destinations would be the Cape Vidal and the Dolphins Coast in KwaZulu Natal, the Coffee Bay and East London in Eastern Cape, the Gordon’s Bay, the Scenic Towns of the Garden Route and the Kleinmond in Western Cape. South Africa has some of the best wildlife in Africa. Some of the popular national parks include the Kruger Park, the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and the Mkuze Game Reserve. There are many cultural events that take place in South Africa like the Addo Elephant Trail Run, the Festival of the Arts, the Pretoria Show, and the Hermanus Whale Festival. You can settle back with some world class wines from the Cape Winelands and enjoy a safari in the oldest and best Wildlife Park in Southern Africa; the Kruger National Park. No trip to South Africa would be complete without you visiting the famous Soweto, the largest and most vibrant townships of them all. The best time to visit South Africa would be during the dry winter months between June and October. This period is excellent for game viewing as well as hiking and other outdoor activities. It is also the Whale Watching season. You will automatically fall in love with South Africa.
