All inclusive holidays or package holidays are available all the time. Use online comparison sites to find the cheapest deal out there ensuring you get the most out of your holidays' budget.
The nation is desperate as ever to go on holiday this year as we feel the squeeze from the credit crunch with many feeling they deserve a break from the gloomy economy. The credit crunch is forcing people to look for cheaper holidays and people are turning to all inclusive holidays or cheaper destinations as a solution.
An all inclusive holiday is what you would expect it is from the name, a one off fee is paid for the package holiday where everything is included in the price from the flights, hotel, food, drink and unlike full board the alcohol is included. This enables people to budget more appropriately as they do not have to spend anything if they do not want to.
This years summer has seen all inclusive holidays increase by 19% compared to last year along with an increase in full board holidays. It is no surprise to see that the number of self catering holidays dropped by 12%.
This is seen as a sensible option for families going on holiday who are keeping to a strict budget as they can almost guarantee how much they are going to spend. Some package deals even have their activities included in the price which will satisfy the family's needs.
Families are also travelling to destination where they maybe wouldn't have in the past few years such as Egypt or Turkey. These destinations are seen as a less expensive alternative for holiday goers with cheaper package deals available. Again, there is no surprise to see that the more expensive destinations such as Australia or the Caribbean have seen a drop in tourism this year.
