However the Lincoln Town Car limo is still way ahead of the Cadillac limousine which is very rare in the UK. For limousine operators they are a lot cheaper to run and more fuel efficient than the Hummer limos, so most limousine companies have a Jeep 4x4 limo or Lincoln Navigator limo as part of their fleet. In the last couple of years there has been an influx of European limousines brought in to compete with the American limos. They include the BMW X5 limo, the Range Rover Vogue and Sport limousines, Porsche Cayenne limousine and the Audi Q7 limousine. They are not as big as the Hummer limousines but in the UK market they are likely to do well as they can be easily recognised. For the American 8 seater limousines there is only one competitor at the moment, the Ferrari limousine. However, the high price tag may put off a lot of people so for the moment the Lincoln Millennium and Baby Bentley limos are ahead in popularity. It still remains to be seen if the Porsche Cayenne limo, Audi Q7 limousine and the other European limos can become more popular than their American counterparts. It may just be that all will comfortably fill a niche in the limousine industry so as not to compete with the American limousines at all.
