On the southeast end of the country is the state of Florida. The state is regarded by many tourists as the gateway to the beautiful beaches in Southern America such as the Bahamas and the Caribbean. Orlando Airport is also a major hub providing a gateway for the famous parks in the city. Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, Key West and West Palm Beach also operate airports for intercity or interstate connections.
