Breckenridge is well known to be an all year round vacation destination. Wildflowers covering the mountain, mesmerizing golden aspen trees during fall, and of course world class skiing in its perfect snow covered slopes. No matter what season you want to visit Breckenridge, it is always perfect. Amazing views, beautiful warm happy people; there is never a dull moment in Breckenridge. Outdoor activities and perfect weather will make your stay so memorable and exciting whether summer, fall or winter.

If you’re an avid skier, chances are you are going because you want to enjoy the world class skiing experience you have heard about. The mild, dry climate in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains means the snow is incredibly fluffy and powdery. Breckenridge had done so much to ensure you enjoy your stay in their town, they have all the amenities you want to have, and they have high speed chairlifts and gondolas. Breckenridge have gone to great lengths to help you enjoy the snow with ease so you can have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

For a more family oriented activity, you can take your family in one of the sledding hills in Breckenridge or go iceskating instead. Nobody is ever too old for a snowball fight, make snow angels or snow forts. You can even make a snowman to get the Christmas spirit going early. Always remember to keep warm and make sure to pack some snacks and hot choco. If you want a more adrenaline filled activity, you can rent a snowmobile and explore the snow covered mountains in an exciting way.

If you’re not into cold weather, summer in Breckenridge offers more activities than any tropical resort you find. In fact, if you are an outdoorsy person, you'll find plenty of outdoor activity to keep you satisfied during summer in Breckenridge. Enjoy the beautiful mountains when the snow has melted. Take one of the numerous trails for hiking, mountain biking and backpacking through the beautiful wilderness of Breckenridge. If you’re not up for a workout, take a Jeep, ATV or an exciting Hummer tour, you will have a fill of the great outdoors any way. There are also great fishing spots for fly fishing, another relaxing way to spend the day in the sun and in the water. Go whitewater rafting, if you’re the more adventurous type or if you’re into a more relaxed water activity, work your upper torso muscles and rent a kayak for the day. Of course, a beautiful vacation destination is never complete without a golf course. Golfers are rewarded with beautiful scenery on Breckenridge's popular golf course.

Breckenridge is known for its perfect weather, blue skies and all. The weather is warm enough but not hot, so you can spend the whole day outside in just sandals and shorts. Don’t forget to put sunscreen. The mountain air is fresh and clean that visitors will want to explore the beauty to be found outdoors. The town hosts lots of festivals throughout the summer, live music and great food and of course, lots of entertainment. Breckenridge offers the kind of atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood.

Whether you’re going to sunny or snowy Breckenridge, you will be guaranteed beautiful outdoors and lots of fun and memorable memories.
