my boyfriend was arrested sept 27th 2008 for shoplifting. he was busted for stealing dvd movies that cost up to 50 dollars. if im not mistaken thats a misdemeanor. they never read him his rights, offered him an attorney, nothing like that. dont know if it was mandatory of them or not. i wouldnt be as worried considering this crime isnt huge, but problem is, i believe my boyfriend was on probation. back in march, i believe it was at the end of march of 2008 he was arrested (first time ever) for impersonating a police officer bc he was carrying his father (a lutienent for the sheriffs department in a different county he was arrested in 2nd time) gun and badge in public. judge sentenced him 2 days jail time suspended. 6 months probation. and 100 dollar fine. i dont believe his probation was up when he got arrested this second time. but i could be wrong. with him being in trouble again and the possibly of still being on probation..what may he be looking at? im close to 7 months pregnant with his baby and i feel like im losing my mind on this. is there anything that you can tell me that may put my mind at ease. id just really like to know what exactly he's looking at come court. and is there anything he can say/do to help his case to not be so harsh. i want him here to see his baby born. if you will, someone please email me at Blondiex3@Ymail.com. id really appreciate it. thanks alot. ashlie..
