Within Italy, form North to South, there are about 200 spa bath locations. Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia are the most popular destinations for Italians and foreigners. The ingredients of well-being have been borrowed from nature to create new

treatment trends for taking care of the body. One of the most popular are hot springs. The

thermal water often comes from a subterranean spring that lies at a depth of 200 meters and more. They are said to help skin troubles, respiratory system, loco motor and vascular

system and more. Treatments are based on technology and experience. Today, therapies

performed by specialized medical teams and clinical treatments - some with centuries of

history behind them - have given rise to the most important medical school of hydrology in Italy, a reference point for clinics throughout the world.

Italians consider a stay at a spa bath a special occasion for relax, and are unwilling to give up this pleasure. We recommend experimenting regions with a strong spa tradition such as Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. One of the most famous places in Northern Italy are Abano and Montegrotto in Veneto which are known throughout the world for their mud-bath treatments (the beneficial properties of their natural mud, which has a calming and decongestant effect and is ideal for the treatment of arthritis and rheumatism, were already famous in the days of the ancient Rome). A bit northern you'll find the Island of the Sun - Grado - looking over the Adriatic Sea in Friuli Venezia Giulia and frequented at the end of the 19th Century by the upper middle class and Austro-Hungarian nobility, who elected it their favourite health resort.

What is this itchy warty substance? please help?
By: jenny626 | 09-10-2007
hi i can not find any information the i need anywhere. I was diagonsed with genital warts three years ago and my warts resembled the tradiontal cauliflower look  located at the vaginal entrance. after many times of going back and forth to the doctors over years i must say i finally was wart free. Now recently i have noticed myself to be ithcy in the groin area and have notcied almost invincible bumps, but because im so paranoid about geting warts and passing this on i am always keeping an eye on myself and any changes. They are skin coloured tiny little bumps maybe one to four or more spread around my labia not near my vagina entrance, there was one even in my pubic area. they do not resemble the warts i had previously but the itching is very similar. When i scratch these bumps a white hard structure comes out of them, small little oval white shaped cell like patterns combined into one which to me sort of resembles a wart like core. Its definatly a core and its not soft and pusy like a pimple it is like little white balls joined together tightly compacted and firm.... when i have scraped this out the wound bleeds imensley and i itch and im finding more are coming up. im so unsure what this is. the doc says no to std but why is my crutch so dam itchy and what is the hard white warty core stuff i cant find an answer anywhere. people may say molluscum how ever you spell that but what i have does not seem to look like any of these pictures of molluscum i have researched. and the substance does not smell and is not soft. Do genital warts even have a white core? And can they even be popped or scraped , torn off i more should say? i fear to have sex because i would never want someone to go through what i went though earlier if this is the STD back again. i just want answers and and itch bump free crotch! please help me. i want to know what this is its driving me crazy and seems unusual. Cheers please help me i jave done my best to descrobe this as best as i can.

By: jake.brown | 08-10-2007
I'm curious to know, has anyone ever had lyme disease? And if so, have they ever treated it and had it re-occur years later? If so, what kind of symptoms did you experience the 2nd time around? And was it easier to treat the 2nd time around or harder?
