Munnar: This mind blowing beauty is at an altitude of 6000 feet in Idukki district. It is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams called Kundala, Nallathanni and Mudrapuzha. Munnar has the highest peak in South India called Anamudi, which is approximately of height 2700 meters, a best place for trekking and camps. Apart from the varieties of flowers found here, Neelakurinji is a flower which adds to the popularity of Munnar. This blue color flower blooms once in twelve years only.

Nelliampathi: It is located 60kms from Palakkad. It is famous for Tea and Coffee plantations. The excellent weather condition and Pothundi dam of Nelliampathi attracts more tourists every year. The hairpin turns of Nelliampathi gives the thrilling effects to its visitors.

Ponmudi: The name Ponmudi means “Golden Crown”. It is located near to the beaches of Trivandrum. It is one of the best places for trekking and hiking. This region is rich with plantations of rubber, tea, cardamom, pepper, etc…

Kovalam Beach: This fascinating beach resort is located at 16km away from Trivandrum. The lovely coconut and Palm trees, touching the golden sands adds to the beauty of this beach. Sitting in the beach sand during evening and watching sunset will remain as a painted picture in your heart for ever.

Cherai Beach: This lovely beach is located at 30-35 km from Kochi (Cochin). It is also called as “The Princess of the Queen of the Arabian Sea”, as it is the best and most clean golden beaches of Kerala. The newly built walk ways add to the attractions. Another attraction of Cherai is the fresh and delicious sea foods available there.

Alleppey: The nick name of Alleppey (Alappuzha) is “Venice of the East”. The enchanting backwaters of Alleppey will steal your heart by its famous “boat houses” called as “Kettu Vallam”. It is one of the main attractions of honey moon celebrators, for those who cannot afford to fly to foreign nations like Venice and Switzerland to sail in the romantic boats. The annual Nehru Trophy “Snake Boat Race” is held on the second Saturday of every year August.

Kumarakom: Another honey moon spot of Kerala, which one should not miss in their tour plan while visiting Kerala. This blue backwater along with the Vembanad Lake reflects the magnificent sky.
