All trucks have been inspected and are reconditioned to like new condition. The reconditioning process offered by I-80 Equipment is truly impressive. Body work, including sanding the existing paint down to factory primer, pulling dents and replacing metal where needed is completed. All steel boxes and chassis are sprayed down with Colar epoxy primer to give the boxes and chassis more protection. A top coat of emron paint is then applied. The paint is heat treated to 100 degrees.
Each Digger Derrick has Linex sprayed on the bed and walkways. I-80 Equipment is so confident in its work they back each bed liner with a warranty. During reassembly all broken parts are replaced with new. The inside of the cab is scrubbed down and cleaned for presentation.
All mechanics are checked as follows: Engine, Power Tran, steering suspension, brakes, electrical system, cab and body, tires wheels and rims. Each category meets or exceeds federal inspections. The unit then goes to an outside source to be federally inspected and certified.
