Florida Holiday Self Catering Property Rental

With the Gulf of Mexico on the west coast and the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast, you will always find a glorious beach to soak up some rays in Florida, which is famously known as the Sunshine State!

It’s a great place to take a self-catering holiday, too. So, if you’re looking for a property rental, you are sure to find it in Florida. There is a wide choice of accommodation to suit all tastes there.

Florida is one of the most popular places in America to take a holiday. You can have an all action packed vacation with visits to Disney World and other theme parks, you can spend a more leisurely time at South Beach or take a fishing or diving trip in the Florida Keys, which is a wonderful place to scuba dive or snorkel!

Disney World is located in Orlando and is a definite must see if you’re got children in your party. Disney World consists of four Theme Parks and two Water Parks, so there’s plenty of entertainment to keep the kids amused for hours and hours!

Busch Gardens, in Tampa Bay, is another child-friendly destination. It houses a large zoo with many animals, which the younger kids will appreciate. For the older ones, there are the roller coasters to check out (for those who’ve got a strong stomach!).

Not surprisingly, Florida also has some beautiful beaches to explore. Daytona Beach is just one example. It has 23 miles of sandy beaches to lie on and is a year round destination! But there is much more there than just the beaches. Daytona Beach is also home to some great tourist attractions, such as the Daytona International Speedway, which is a race track facility with a large seating capacity. You can watch a variety of motor races there.

At Daytona Beach you can also go kayaking, surfing, parasailing or take a jet boat ride – plus more. Or if you prefer to do something more relaxing, you can go join a riverboat excursion. The area also has museums, bike rentals available and other fun activities for all ages.

The Daytona Beach area also boasts many holiday property rentals, so you are able to stay in this beautiful part of the world.

Other must sees in Florida include the Sanibel Island, which is a beautiful barrier island off the southwest coast of Florida. It’s well known for its sandy beaches (which have shells) and it is home to much wildlife, too. It’s a perfect destination for family holidays and romantic getaways alike.

The Florida Keys and Key West is another popular visitor destination in this part of the world. There are the islands of Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key and the Lower Keys and Key West to discover. It’s a fantastic area for walking, diving, snorkelling, fishing and more! It’s also a popular location to get married and provides a great honeymoon location.

Head to Miami if you’re looking for a fun-filled beach holiday or family vacation. This city and also the city of Miami Beach has so many attractions to offer its visitors. Visit the Everglades National Park and look out for the alligators and crocodiles! If you’re an animal lover, then be sure to check out Monkey Jungle and Miami Metrozoo. Whether you’re looking to sunbathe, shop, eat and drink or take in some culture, it’s all here.

During your stay in Florida, try to sample some delicious food and drink. There’s no shortage of restaurants in this famous state, so you will be spoilt for choice. Try to sample a piece of the famous Key Lime Pie, which is made from limes and meringue.

Florida is a superb destination for everyone. With its warm and sunny climate, numerous visitor attractions and huge range of properties to rent during your holiday, it’s no wonder that it’s such a popular holiday destination.
