Aska Adventure Wilderness Area is a favorite among hikers and bikers while the Ocoee River is the place to go for tubing, white water rafting and kayaking. Both are located only 10-15 minutes from the Bears Den Cabin Rental. Also within a 10-15 minute drive enjoy Lake Blue Ridge, the Blue Ridge Marina, Toccoa River and Lake Nottely where you can enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, tubing and more!
To really experience the true mountain feeling, vacation in a luxury cabin rental instead of the usually small cramped hotel plenty. With a cabin rental, you get the whole house with multiply bedrooms and bath, game room, private hot tub, wireless internet, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, amazing year round mountains views and so much more. The Bears Den Luxury Cabin Retreat features many luxuries ammenities as mentioned above. The game room features a custom made cedar top wet bar, pool table, poker table, log checker board table and benches, 2 full size futons, gas log fireplace, and truly amazing year round mountain views.
The main level consists of a bedroom and full bath, large eat in kitchen with eating bar, custom made log table with "bear" chairs, living room with leather furnishings, gas log fireplace, and incredible views. A screen porch provides a truly romantic getaway with a fieldstone wood burning fireplace & hot tub overlooking bright stars at night and long range mountain views by day. Also on the same level, you will find a covered deck with loads of rockers and a gas grill.
The upper level consists of the king log master bedroom suite with adjoining bath and walk in closet. Imagine the first thing you see as you sit up in bed, is the dramatic sunrise overlooking the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. The Bears Den and Blue Ridge, Georgia is the perfect place for that truly unique vacation where you will make memories to last a lifetime!
