Let’s just put this out in the open. What do you personally think about the “Terrorizing Swine Flu,” in Puerto Vallarta? Well, I’m here for your rescue. I will logically shatter the unreasonable swine flu alarm because it is based on nothing at all. The conditions in Puerto Vallarta are beautiful and nothing less. The weather is perfectly relaxing; the ocean remains untamed and glorious, people are out on the streets, visiting the bustling restaurants and just having a great time. On questioning some of the locals about the flu, they replied, “What flu?”
So my dear readers, not only is the flu scare non existent but it is also unimportant when it comes to both the locals and the tourists. Puerto Vallarta is the “next step to heaven,” as reported by some of the locals and it really is. Once you see the suffused symphony of different cultures, people, food and environment, you can only wonder why you even let the notion of the swine flu enter the semi permeable membrane of your thoughts. Even though the word of mouth sure travels fast, you should not ignore research about this place. In your research you will find logical statistics which carefully point out that the flu is just a rumor and nothing more. On questioning a tourist about the flu, he remarked, “I cannot let the flu scare me from having the time of my life. And I’m just glad I decided to come here because there is NO flu here.” Another local remarked that, “Puerto Vallarta is the best resort for spending time with your family. It is safe, beautiful and comfortable. And as for the swine flu, I don’t even think I’ve heard anybody sneeze.” A tourist even said, “We didn’t hear of anybody being sick here. We didn’t feel sick ourselves. We felt very safe. We’ve been here for five days and haven’t contacted anything.”
So there you have it, messages from both the locals and the tourists. If you have a doubt, do your research, I would personally advise you to do that, but when you find out that there are certainly no cases of the flu, you would have to come visit Puerto Vallarta, and pay your homage to it.
On 12th May the Governor of the State of Jalisco declared that all the businesses would open on the 13th of May. The international media and tabloid had a lot to do with the abundant terror that arose and suffocated the people. This has clearly had a very negative impact on the economy of Mexico. But I’m here to present the true logical statistics.
The question is: Are there any confirmed cases of the wretched Swine Flu in Puerto Vallarta? The answer fortunately is a “No!” There are no confirmed cases of the Swine Flu or medically termed as A/H1N1 in Puerto Vallarta. Even Jalisco which has confirmed a few cases of Swine Flu is five hours away from Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta is, and has remained unaffected. Even Nayarit which is the northern bordering state, with its popular places like Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, Punta Mita and Sayulita, have only a few, very minor cases of A/H1N1.
I am no Einstein or an expert in these matters, but if you take proper precautionary measure, which you would take whenever you go anywhere, you have nothing to worry about. Don’t let anybody but yourself make your own decision because personally, I would recommend my beloved family and friends to come visit Puerto Vallarta which has not even 1 confirmed case of the terrorizing “Swine Flu”!
