You will sweat with EA Sports Active Wii fit and enjoy it. If you are hoping to get more active try EA Sports Active Wii Fit and you will be delirious.
Not that Wii Fit wasn't an excellent idea but it bored me a little. For an exercise program game it did not have enough of any type of physical challenge. If you are into playing and you want to get your body moving and work out then EA Sports Active Wii is a must for you. It is not too expensive plus you get two accessories with the game. One is a double handled resistance band. The other is a pocket, for the nunchuck, that can be strapped to your leg. These two are used with everything that you do in the game.
Now don't worry, because you can also use the Wii Fit balance board and of course the nunchuck so that the money that you invested in these items will not go to waste. When you begin the game you will start by creating your own little person or avatar and then the 30 day challenge begins. This is what makes this program so much better than the original Wii Fit.
Each day the game system will lay out a different set of workouts for you, another thing that makes this superior to the Wii Fit experience. It is more like your workout schedule is being geared to you and your specific goals, and is being designed to keep you active and fit without getting bored.
This is a definite selling point of this game, where Wii Fit fell short; EA Sports Active Wii really picks up the ball and runs with it so to speak. There is a lot of action and having the workouts so varied, makes you look forward to finding out each day what your workout will consist of. Plus I really like the challenge.
This game gives you the choice of what level to start with so you can clearly achieve your fitness goals. This will seriously work you out which is a switch from Wii fit. You will perspire and your heart will get to pounding. Your muscles will get nicely pumped up too. You really will be working out and playing a game all at once. This is so far beyond the original idea in Wii fit. It is a complete improvement with the physical activity. A good thing to spend your money on.
