Then you can head to the Argent Tournament when you're level 77, and you should do this as soon as you hit 77 because you'll be able to get champion's seals right away. Those are important to get your first major upgrades (weapons and armor). You can also skip Northrend leveling for the most part and instead just do PvP to level. When you burn a tower in Alterac Valley, you'll net quite a bit of XP, though it's recently been nerfed with patch 3.2.
