Are you telling me that you can login and submit questions? You can't, because it doesn't work. I just tried - again.
Nobody is tampering with anything. I submitted simple questions, but as a result of no support, have spent hours and hours on this repair.
The comment from 'b' that "it just doesn't work" is accurate. If you are stuck at a certain point needing clarification and can't reach their support, there's no way to move past that point and complete the fix.
This "company" claims that the repair will be done in one hour or your money back. Along with no support, there's no way to get your money back.
Bottom line: If you're lucky enough to fix it, woohoo. If you run into any problems, have a question or need clarification, you won't get any guidance and you can't have your money back!
There's a link to click if I'm having problems contacting them. Nope, doesn't work. There's also a Live Help button on this screen. Nope, doesn't work either.
Over the weekend, I tried submitting a question and my submission would not go through -the screen just blinked.
I found my receipt, which had the vendor's support email address and emailed them directly. It's been over two days and I've not heard anything. Their guarantee is within 48 hours, but normally within 24. ("...customer support personel work feverishly 24/7..."
Today, I tried again through the website and when I click Submit to send, it brings me to 'Page not Found'. This happens for all the links - guest support, member support, billing support (gee, I hope I don't have to contact them to get my money back).
There is no phone support, so I can't call anyone. I guess this is another one of those great scams.
Bottom line is: STAY AWAY from this or you'll lose your money!
