Barbell Curl and Press Hybrid Exercise Combo

Video Description: In this video clip I'm demonstrating a bicep barbell curl and reverse grip shoulder press combo. This is an awesome way to work both the biceps and front deltoids at the same time. You will get a better pump throughout the biceps doing this exercise variation because the motion of lifting the arms up to the position where you'll then press the bar overhead hits the biceps from a unique angle that you'll never experience with regular barbell curls.
