It is of my opinion that photography is an art. That said, I think that everyone has the capability to become a great photographer. Though if you look around an ask people if they are good at art almost everyone will say they are terrible or they hate the picture they just made. If they don't you got lucky. What these people are saying is not true. Art cannot be good or bad, it just depends on the viewer.
Here is an example: There is a person who absolutely loves black and white photography, but loathes color photography. If you go over to him and present a beautiful photo of a flower in all its spring glory but it happens to be in color that person would say, “A horrid piece, absolutely horrid indeed,” and would walk away. You would feel like you just got slapped in the face. You would probably say to yourself, “Well the color is of and it happens to be off center...” and you would continue to invalidate your photo until you fully agree with that person who said that your photo was horrid. And once you agree with him, you probably never want to touch a camera again.
Well... that is some thing that I really do not like. After all that person was completely biased he only likes black and white photography! You do not know this though so you think that your a rotten artist for no reason.
If you are going to show your work to people, you should show it to people who like what you did, that way you do not go off hating art and anything that has to do with art for the rest of your life.
Alright, now that we have that covered, I would like to share with you my story. I am 14 years old and am an Eagle Scout. I have had an interest in art for most of my life and have tried almost every form thereof. This includes: watercolor painting, oil painting, acrylic painting, wood carving, stone carving, wire sculpting, digital photography, film photography etc. I still do a lot of these because they are fun, but the one that I really love and will continue to do is photography. I think that art is amazing and there are so many different forms of it.
A few months ago I decided to have a website where I could display my art for other people to enjoy. This website hosts CMJ Photographs. Over these few months I have strived to make it a more enjoyable and less crude website that gets found easily by people who care to look for it. I am of the opinion that I have gotten very far in the time that has past and I expect to go even further as time passes. On the website I have a few different galleries these include: Nature, Animals, Aircraft, Sky and Abstract Patterns.
I continue to expand these collections of photos everyday. I hope you will take the time to visit my website and I hope you enjoy my art.

ConstructingYour 3D Model
By: Daniel Kreimer | 22/11/2009Once you have gone through all the labors of preparing to build your model, you’re finally ready to get started. Do not worry, the set up is not always a long, involved process. You can usually do most of the pre-work in a few minutes. The most obvious way to build something that already exists is to trace it in your 3D application.
What is Polygonal modeling in 3D Modeling?
By: Daniel Kreimer | 22/11/2009Polygonal modeling excels at low detail or architectural models. Because polygonal models are made up of faces, you will find that they are very easy to edit and animate when you are working on a relatively low-detail model.
Controlling the level of complexity in 3D
By: Daniel Kreimer | 22/11/2009Although many of the concepts of modeling are the same for mechanical, character, and architectural projects, some are very useful to the architectural community, as you will see in this chapter. A clear understanding of these, the options available, and when to use them will make the process of creating 3D worlds productive and cost-effective.
Keys to Compact 3D Models
By: Daniel Kreimer | 22/11/2009A key factor to always keep in mind during the modeling process is that the number of polygon faces and vertices that an object contains has a profound effect on your computer resources.
Designing 3D Renderings
By: Daniel Kreimer | 22/11/2009In a typical architectural office, the method of modeling you choose often depends on the comfort level of those performing the work. You should, however, familiarize yourself with all three methods to have a variety of tools options.
