While most people consider Alex Dombroff from Point Pleasant, Australia a photographer, he is also a family man and loves the outdoors, I got to sit down with him last week and ask him a few questions.

What is the most important part of Alex Dombroff's daily routine?

Alex Dombroff: I consider the morning my most important time of the day. I like to wake up earlier than I need to be anywhere so I'm not rushed. First thing I like to do in the morning is take a shower. After my shower I like to spend some time out on my patio enjoying the early morning sun. By 7:00 a.m. I'm getting dressed and planning the day. Depending on what is going on I'll either head to the studio or handle whatever business is on the agenda.

What is your favorite thing to do when you have some free time?

Alex Dombroff: Without a doubt I love to spend time with my family. When you get more than 5 Dombroff's together, you're in for a really good time. My father, Alexander Dombroff is a real clown when the family gets together. My mom, Alexa Dombroff makes sure everyone is always fed, that's her thing. My sisters Alexandra and Alexia and a few years older than me and always keep the party fun.

What is with those names? I had no idea that the Dombroff's had the "Alex" market cornered!

Alex Dombroff: It's a funny story actually. When my parents met, it was a big joke, Alexander and Alexa. When they got married people said they needed to keep with the Alex... naming scheme, so they did! When growing up it was a little confusing have Alexander, Alexa, Alexandra, Alexia and Alex all in one house.

My favorite part of our name story was our family dog who liked to drink beer. His name was Roger when we adopted him, but we soon changed his name to Alexaholic because of his alcohol addiction.

Too funny! Anything else you would like to say?

You didn't ask me about my photography! If you're interested, you can contact me on LinkedIn, I do photography all through Australia and love visiting Sydney! Look me up if you need model shots or product shots, I do it all!

Thanks again Alex for taking the time out for this interview.
