When you are back from your trip you need to work diligently at whatever you are doing and reflect on the beautiful memories in order to move forward. Positive summery thoughts get us through rough , cold times.

Losing weight for that Special trip, without starving , is my latest happiness. When I am working at home I am continually running up and down the stairs because my office is in a room downstairs. It is so much easier when I don't have that extra 20 pounds to lug around with me. The past two weeks I have taken off 10 pounds just by taking a product called "Lose-it" and I haven't even cut down on what I normally eat.
When I choose to Travel, staying in touch with all our friends and family is very important to me. I have a Cell Phone that has the Lowest Rate going and is"Always In Service". It is the newest thing of technology that I am using for the first time in my life!!
It all starts with ONE POP at a time!! I have really enjoyed just working from home and learning personal development skills from Jim Rohn and especially his Ant Philosophy. Another thing about ants is that they NEVER QUIT.. how awesome is that kind of an attitude when we run into difficulties whether it is relationships, kids, business or our health.
I was on a Royal Carribbean Cruise about 5 years ago and how beautiful that was!! If you have never been on a Cruise you need to put that on your list right now. It is the most relaxing, fun filled and food-filled 4 days I have ever had. There is always something to do on the ship, but guess what.... if you don't feel like doing ONE THING you don't have to .
