Why get a Windows mobile softphone?

Do you know what a softphone is?  You can’t decide whether or not you need something until you are absolutely sure about what it is.  The word ‘softphone’ sounds kind of strange, but it is actually a simple concept and one you have probably already used.  Skype, for instance, is a softphone – a computer program that allows you to make voice phone calls from your computer to another computer or telephone for free or for a very tiny cost, respectively.  Do you know how much it costs you to make and receive phone calls on your smartphone?  Are you happy with those tariffs?  Do you think there is anything you can do to change that?

Well, now there is.  Thanks to the advent of the Windows mobile softphone you can now use the internet to make your voice phone calls from your smartphone rather than having to use your wildly expensive cell phone minutes.  Calls made via a Windows mobile softphone do still cost you money, but a tiny amount compared to almost anything, let alone the cost of calls made with your cell phone minutes via the cell phone network.  Now you don’t have to agonize over whether or not you should make that call because of how expensive you know it is going to be.  Now you can use your smartphone for what it was supposed to be used for – communication, rather than raising your blood pressure every time you dial a number.

Another fantastic benefit of the Windows mobile softphone is that you are not dependent on the cell phone network in order to be able to use it.  By that I mean that the Windows mobile softphone doesn’t use your cell phone minutes and it actually doesn’t even use the cell phone network.  You don’t need a cell phone signal in order to use a Windows mobile softphone.  You just need a wireless internet connection, which these days can be found in places where there isn’t even a cell phone signal anyway.

Halfway up a mountain in a luxury lodge hotel, there will probably not be a cell phone signal, but there probably will be a wireless internet network.  You will be able to receive the news that yes, it’s a boy, or that your sister is coming home from Bali for Christmas or that you are now the mayor of Albuquerque even when there isn’t a cell phone signal to be had for miles around.  A Windows mobile softphone will let you stay in touch and find out all the important news as it happens, rather than having to leave your mountain refuge and trek all the way home again, or at least as far as the nearest cell phone signal, in order to find out.  Windows mobile softphones let you stay in touch and keep your business going or soothe the shareholders even if you are stuck in an airport just outside Paris, without running up a huge bill in the process.  A Windows mobile softphone will help you get the most out of your smartphone without worrying about the expense.

The products that are the most effective are those which are either in keeping with the theme of an event or those which a person can get the most use from.
