We had established state and state authorities, but in spite of all these authorities, they could not establish such an administration which could maintain equality and proper distribution of wealth. The states have provided for minimum wages system and they have also prescribed pay scales for each category of employees, but still some are rich and some are poor. We have noted that the nature has provided us with every source. We have got mountains, rivers, jungles, minerals, different seasons, rains, fertile lands, hard working people, coals, irons, petroleum, gases and some other minerals are also being located. If this man can identify and utilize all these resources, there shall be no dearth of any power on this earth. Man is working well and is advancing. But still there are differences in earning and collecting system. Some are growing rich and some are being reduced to more and more poverty. The rich and powerful people do not want that all should become equal to them and therefore, they are working on different projects through which they are trying that all poor people should remain poor and should not be allowed to turn rich. These rich need a large number of people as their servants and workers and therefore, they try that this lot should remain poor. There are so many methods through which they are keeping the poor. The pay them lower wages, they keep the prices of commodities higher and they do not give reasonable education and training to the poor people and therefore, poor people do not rise. We have noted that once a family goes as poor, this poverty shall remain with them for generations. There are some countries which have become independent and democrats, but still they could not bring equality there. The states are conniving with the rich and the powerful and they all are trying that the poor people should remain poor. No state on earth could achieve equality nor they could arrange proper distribution of wealth. Therefore, we should stop thinking on this matter and even some states which had the principles could not make all the people equal and they broke down.
