1. The truth is that riches (I mean real wealth) come from doing business yourself and not from earning wages, salaries or fees.
2. Speculate- Think deeply, discuss, invest and believe strongly in something not entirely certain.
3. The SWOT analysis- Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats must be mastered.
4. Take action: According to an old Senegalese proverb "The opportunities that God sends to us do not wake up those who are asleep". This is because sleep is for the lazy, indolent and the poor. While wide awake is for the hungry, the lean, the opportunity taker and the rich.
5. The longer you take to make your money, the more diverse you will be with your investments and income streams. Make your money slowly and you will enjoy your money more. It will last longer and you will sleep properly at night.
EASY RULES OF WEALTH
1. Do not leave your money idle: either at home or in an inactive bank account. Plunge it into profitable investments or move it into around to high interest accounts, even if it is for a short period.
2.There could be a better interest rate for you somewhere else, always be on the lookout and search for it. Never be satisfied with the interest rate are receiving now even if it is high.
3. Do not continue to wait for the proper time, so as not to lose the right opportunity, do what you have to now. The more you take your time the more money you waste. Time is money and any money kept idle is wasted money.
4. Before investing in anything of value, make sure that it is useful and it will appreciate in value.
5. Never leave your properties empty. It may be increasing in value and you are missing valuable rental income.
6. Shop around for goods and services you are paying for. There may be cheaper options out there. Do not just pay for a name, pay for quality.
7. Never be satisfied with your achievements, always be prepared to for ways to improve, enhance, and develop yourself for progress in your endeavors. Explore all available options.
