One of the benefits of IT outsourcing is that it presupposes contractual cooperation. There are certain requirements to the quality and quantity of work, strict deadlines and reporting arrangements. But that is not that much of a problem if you don’t mind doing it via the phone, email or instant messaging. You can monitor the progress and receive regular reports the same way.

India has long been synonymous to IT outsourcing. However, the current situation with increasingly strong rupee against the dollar makes such countries as Belarus and Argentina an even more attractive option.
