Purchasing a Web Hosting Reseller Plan- be Aware!

Here in this piece of writing we are discussing about the reseller plans, so read it carefully before going for any deal. A reseller plan generally offers us more space and bandwidth then a regular shared hosting plan. But a reseller plan is still a form of a shared hosting plan and it’s not a dedicated server. Hence there will be other sites too on the same IP address and server as ours. If our website or a small hosting company doesn’t needs a separate admin panel screens for our users to visit, view stats, setup their own email addresses etc. Then this is a point of consideration. If we can have several medium to small sites we’re running online than we might save the money by going for a multiple site shared hosting plan instead of reseller plan.

Another feature is up gradation which we will want to look for at the hosting company of our choice. If we start with a shared hosting plan, with 3000 MB of space and 8 GB of bandwidth and we decided to outgrow it after 6 months or a year than will our hosting provider allows us to upgrade it into a larger account? Will they allow us to move on new server? Always plan for the future and see where our web sites will be in 6 months, 1 year.

Always remember that a reseller plan whether offers multiple admin panels and domains it’s still a shared hosting plan and if we really not required it may cost $15 to $20 bucks a month more increasing the per month expenditure. So the only difference between a reseller plan and shared plan is the ease of understanding of our plans, and has separate cPanel. So get full info about our requirements/ plans before driving in any deal.
