So, D-ay is drawing near, and you've got everything in order. Is a wedding day all about "looking" your best? What about the "feel-good" factor? Have you picked the perfume for your special day, yet? Which perfume should you go for? We bring you a whiff of perfume.....
The perfume you choose for your wedding day should do a little of everything for you!
It should ...
* Hang on you like a mist, but not be overwhelming
* It should convey happiness and joy
* It should be long-lasting
More than anything else, every time you smell this fragrance later on in life, it should remind you of your wedding day!
Perfume Pointers...
Floral perfumes are the most popular. They are also considered a safe choice for your wedding day. Flower based fragrances have strong flowery influences, suit most ages and occasions, and they are seldom overpowering
Oriental fragrances are musky, heady and intense. They are also very erotic and sensual. They can be overpowering for some, but they are definitely very sexy!
The perfume you choose should ideally be an extension of your personality and the mood you are in. Fragrances can also change your mood. So for your wedding day, pick a perfume that puts you in high spirits and makes you happy!
Be Scentsible!
Always try out the perfume you plan to use, well before the wedding. See how you smell after a few hours, whether it suits you or not etc.
Dab perfume on your feet, in-between the toes, under the toes, on the legs, arms, and behind the ears.
Avoid spraying perfume once you have your bridal attire on, lest you stain it.
Your underclothes for the day should be perfumed before you wear the bridal attire
Remember to use a good perfume on the palms of your hands and on the soles of your feet, besides wherever else you want to.
Don't forget to use a good, long-lasting under-arm deodorant. Also, remember to brush your teeth before you dress for the big day!
