Next is the catering.  You can find a cheap catering service however you must be very careful because there might be a catch.  If you have something cheap, the presentation of the food and the flavor can be sacrificed.  This is the reason why the brides would really spend on caterings.  If you want to do this approach, you can cut off the cost on the other wedding aspects and spend more in catering.

In relation to the catering, reception is also something that would give you a dilemma whether to spend most of your money to or not.  This is because the reception hall is the place where the two families, that are of the bride and groom’s, would meet, talk and finally bond because they are already considered as one family.  So you can find a cheap venue but as long as the ambience would be good enough to attract positive conversations between the families or you can go for the more expensive ones together with the catering.

Finally, weddings would not be enough without the entertainment.  This is perhaps the most underrated factors of the weddings.  People would just call on their friend’s band and play a list of their songs or the couple would just be contented by playing a disc on a music player throughout the reception.  What I can suggest on this part is for you to choose what you like. 

The cost of a wedding can be overwhelming but by proper planning, you would find out that you will be able to face this concern with ease.  Just keep in mind that this is a very important event and the bottom point is for the two of you be happy with the outcome.
