The following are 24 different ways you may want to consider using to help you lose weight naturally.
1. Whenever possible, eat foods that are in its natural state, such as raw, fresh fruits and vegetables. The reason is because raw and non-processed foods are prime sources of natural enzymes which are required by our body to stimulate it's endocrine glands. 12. Avoid eating fast foods as they contain lots of salt and additives.
13. Avoid eating leftovers, as these leftovers, when reheated, lose most of their nutrient value. Leftovers are also oxidized and interferes with normal functioning that interferes with weight loss.
14. Use unsalted butter instead of margarine and butter.
15. Pan boil meats in a non-stick skillet without fat.
16. Use canned fish that's packed in water, not oil.
17. Replace half of the oil used in salad dressing with broth or water.
18. Use yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream.
19. Use bouillon instead of gravy on meats and casseroles.
