You should also drink more water and less soda. Advertisements nowadays are so successful in a way that a lot of people just love drinking soda. However, they are merely water loaded with sugar. Again, it is not good for your health. If you are thirsty, you should drink water instead of soda.
There are also some people who are trying to lose weight do not really drink water. Yes, you can lose weight in this way because of de-hydration. However, you weight will certainly gain back when you drink some water. And no one can be able to live without water. As a result, de-hydrating yourself is never a good weight for weight loss. And of course this will not help for your lifelong weight loss plan either.
You will also need to do exercises from time to time. If it is possible, go swimming or jogging everyday will certainly be a good idea!
