Bad News-obesity, Good News-phentermine

The relieving and comfortable lifestyle in today's time has negatively affected the value and quality of life. People are spending more and more time in front of TVs and computers in their offices and homes. Shortage of physical mobility has showed the way to fats to accumulate on body and had caused the problems called overweight or obesity. One bad news is that even kids have become addicted to this bloody inactive lifestyle. This is all because people have adopted eating habits, which are not appropriate for human body. This is only because they do not have much time to cook healthy food. Junk food has become the easy option of having food. Still most of the people carve for a body like that actor in terminator movie or that actress and super model Cindy Crawford depending on their sex. If talking about the world's most developed country, the rate at which obesity has increased is faster than the developing rate of its economy. In 1962, 13 per cent of America's population was obese. It rose to 23 by 1994. By the year 2000, the obesity has crossed astronomical 31 per cent. Today, this danger of obesity has wrapped up over a quarter of total adults and about 14 per cent of children in America. There are more than 44 million overweight people in USA itself. There are serious health related problems connected with overweight like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and even heart attack. Apart from these diseases overweight can also cause bone and joint problems like arthritis. Keeping in mind such serious consequences, it becomes utmost important for one to manage his or her weight to lead a healthy life. This problem has become a universal topic and an instant answer is mandatory to deal with this problem.

These factors made scientists to do an extensive research in medical science which led to the discovery of Phentermine, an appetite suppressing drug that helps you burn extra calories stored in your body in the form of fat. Very soon phentermine became household names due to their unbelievable success in controlling weight. Although exercise and a balanced diet is the greatest mode to loose weight, but if it does not work, losing weight can be easy with phentermine. Phentermine is a centrally acting appetite suppressant, which is used as a weight control medication. It is prescribed for the management of obesity. It is recommended for people who suffer from obesity, have an elevated body mass or need to lose more than 10 pounds. Clinical trials reported that use of phentermine with a 1,000-calorie-a-day diet reduced weight by 26.9 lb (12.2 kg) compared to a 10.5 lb (4.8 kg) weight loss with diet only. Clinical trials conducted by various pharmaceutical companies on obese patients indicated the paybacks of phentermine. A very high success rate and safety in use provoked physicians to broadly prescribe this medication as a part of a weight loss program. Experts in this field of weight management combine the use of phentermine diet pills with a diet-cum-exercise management to increase the weight loss process. Because of phentermine, managing obesity and controlling weight became so popular that this field has transformed into a specialized business. Phentermine is different from other diet pills in the sense that it also provides with some energy that is necessary to carry out daily work in house and office. Thus while keeping the energy levels up, it assists in burning the excess fat stored in the body.

The food and drug administration (FDA) first approved phentermine in 1959 as an appetite suppressant for treatment of obesity. Phentermine is currently sold under the brand names of ionamin (Medeva pharmaceuticals) and adipex-p (gate pharmaceuticals) and is also available as a generic medication, known as "phentermine". It is available in three forms i.e. tablets, capsules and resin capsules. Phentermine works by blocking the nerve cells that release and reabsorb serotonin, thus increasing serotonin levels. The increased serotonin acts in the brain and enhances feelings of fullness so that you eat less. By eating less, you consequently lose weight. This medicine can help you reduce weight or maintain a lower weight by suppressing your appetite.

It usually is taken as a single daily dose in the morning or three times a day 30 minutes before meals. It is also important to consult your doctor and tell him your medical history with him before you get started with phentermine. Different dosage is recommended for different people and is not at all recommended for children below 16 years of age. Also, if you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. If it is after 4 pm, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. It is strictly advised that this drug should not be taken more often prescribed because this drug is a very fast habit forming drug. Also if a person is taking this drug for a longer period of time, it should not be stopped at once without consulting the physician. But in normal cases, it is prescribed for the smaller period of time i.e., 8 to 12 weeks. It is always advised to take help from the pill but not to get addicted to it. There are few side effects as well, which includes chest pain, tiredness, fainting, swelling in lower part of legs and problem in breathing. They need immediate medical attention. Side effects, which are not so serious range from depression, nervousness, irritability, blurred vision to dryness of mouth, diarrhea, headache and can also reach to a change in person's sexual behavior. But if overdose is taken accidentally and some side effects are visible, taking immediate advice from a doctor is advised because it might get very serious sometimes.

Internet has compelled people to buy phentermine from online pharmacies, which offers cheap phentermine at your doorsteps. The good thing is that these websites also provides free consultation and free prescription, which makes it even easier to buy phentermine online. These are the few reasons why people are going towards these online pharmacies.

In the end I will again I will put stress the fact that if you are obese and need to loose weight. Try to loose it in a healthy manner. If it fails then using phentermine is justified.
