Biggest Loser, Are You One Of Them?

The Biggest Loser club is an online program starts with a customized diet profile.  This on line program covers diet and fitness based on the same style as the popular NBC's reality show. It asks a few basic questions about your goals, and your current weight and height.  From this they will eliminate daily caloric intake.  The program that the club puts together is similar to what the NBC contestants participated in but it will be personalized to your goals and lifestyle.

Members are encouraged to lose one half to two pounds each week to maintain their health.  Members can log on daily for recipe for that day's meals and your workout routine.  You'll weigh in and the program will adjust to your progress. Additional resources on the site include forums where members can connect and share stories and tips, as well as ask for advice from Club diet and fitness experts; tools to get prescribed daily meal plans, print weekly shopping lists, log foods, track nutritional intake, and access to a wealth of the recipes and insightful articles; recommended fitness workouts, with the ability to log and track exercise activity; and other features that come with Club membership. Membership to the club is about $20.00 per month.

What we like about it this plan?  It is a sound plan with exercise as an important component. The website offers great support and tips to keep it interesting and motivation.  The website is running a promotion when you enroll for 3 free books.  Trainer Bob Harper and past contestants contribute to the message boards.

What we dislike about this plan.  It seems like another way for NBC to profit from the show. The Biggest Loser Club is not cheap, but you can get a free diet profile.  Sample exercise plans are not available.  The club's web site doesn't give detailed membership pricing information.  Unlike other programs, there are not any auto-billing charges or long-term commitments.  You're able to take it one month at a time.

How Healthy Is This Plan? It is a very healthy lifestyle plan. The Biggest Loser" has been a tremendous winner as a television show and has done an admiral job of transferring that success to an online weight loss club.  Becoming a member to a recognizable brand certainly helps people who might be uneasy about signing up for an internet based weight loss program.

The Biggest Loser Club includes both fitness and diet plans supported by doctors and used by triumphant trainers.  Experts agree that these plans are both healthy and sustainable for a healthy lifestyle.  The plan involves identifying, understanding and changing bad eating habits and allows you to track the foods you eat. Even the exercise plans are safe. Members are provided with extensive information about performing exercises appropriately so injuries can be avoided.

Here is the Bottom Line.  The television program that has captured the hearts of millions and inspired people across the country to finally stand up for themselves to make important, life-altering changes.  The Biggest Loser Club brings a plan for life to anybody wanting to make a change.

You'll follow customized diet and exercise plans created by the same fitness and nutrition experts who've helped dozens on the Biggest Loser reality series.  Membership allows you be a part of the experience that has guided more so many others who proudly call themselves losers.

Try the new Biggest Loser Meal Plan, which premiered in Season 5.  These chef-prepared meals are delivered fresh to your home each week, with your breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day.  They are low-fat, low-calories and low-sugar, ideal for even a diabetic.  This is not a must for success in the club, but helpful if you are overwhelmed with recipes and prep work.  This is a great lifestyle weight loss plan with a positive, motivating support system.
