Calorie Shifting Diet vs Other Diets such as low calorie diets Atkins & South Beach

Today I will compare the calorie shifting diet vs low calorie diets such as atkins and south beach. With so many online weight loss programs how can you know which is the best one to try? There's so many to choose from, between Atkins, south beach, flat belly and new fad diets like acai and banana diets. Well in this mess of confusion I'll explain the one link between all these diets that leads to their failure and what the best weight loss diet program is to use and why it's different from all of these other diets in a very big and important way.

Ways to Weight Loss that Simply Don't Work

Unfortunately Atkins, south beach and the flat belly diet all suffer from the same fate in that they are all low calorie diets that will also as a result weaken and lower your metabolism. The reason for this is that when you suddenly lower the amount of calories you consume per day your body doesn't simply let this happen without making a few adjustments, primarily the decrease of your metabolism in an effort to conserve what little calories you eat per day on these diets. You might think this sounds strange but our bodies are still hard wired with survival mechanisms and a sudden decrease in food is just one of the things that sets it off.
