1. Making sure you only weigh yourself at the end of the cycle. Your body has its own ideas about the rate at which it will lose or retain weight and weighing yourself too often can be disheartening if you see unwanted fluctuations.
2. Ensure that you stick to the 4 meals a day that are recommended. The theory behind the diet relies on the components of each meal working in a balance, so skipping meals and eating less can ironically cause you to lose less weight.
