Want to lose fat? Want to do it fast? Of course you do; we all do!

So what's stopping you? You know you have to eat healthy foods and exercise, and it'll just happen, right? So what's the problem?!

Yeah, unfortunately, things just aren't that simple, and if you'd ever attempted to lose fat, you know that! Not everyone responds to the same things, and even if they did, what exactly is the "thing" that works?

What's worse, is that there's a million of "fat loss" plans out there, written by a million different self-proclaimed "experts." How do you know where to turn?!

Frustrating, to say the least.

Due to the fact that it can be so impossibly difficult to decipher between fat loss plans that work, and those that don't, I've decided to start writing reviews for some of the newest, most popular programs out there. Let's clear the confusion and save you some money in the process!

The program we'll review in this article is Fat Loss Detour by Nia Shanks. The reason we're starting off with this plan in particular, is because it's quite different from the others I looked over in preparation for this, and while "different" isn't always a good thing, in this case... I believe, it is.

Let me explain. You see, fat loss plans that work usually have one thing in common. They are very serious and rigid in many ways. You *have to* work out a certain number of times. You *have to* do a certain amount of cardio each day. You *must* eat certain foods, at certain times... and there are plenty of foods, which you often absolutely love, that you absolutely *must NOT* eat.

Well, this is where Fat Loss Detour is different. When I first took a look at Nia Shanks' claims, I was skeptical. After all, how can a program that will actually work with any schedule and lifestyle, be effective when it comes to fat loss?!

I decided to give it a chance as Nia is someone whose knowledge I take seriously. Upon thorough examination of the entire plan, including its nutritional, training, motivational, and stretching components, I must say, I'm a believer!

I have a great feeling about this program, I know it will work for anyone who follows it because of the way it's designed. The best part is, it's surprisingly easy to follow due to the fact that it isn't nearly as rigid as other effective plans out there.

Its user will have the option of choosing from a variety of training plans, which may be tailored to any schedule, no matter how busy. You'll also have the option of either following a traditional diet plan, eating small meals several times daily, or following the kind of diet that most of us are more comfortable following -- namely, eating minimal amounts of food through the day, and having the main meal at night. It only makes sense -- after all, that's what our instincts have been telling us to do the entire time, yet we haven't been listening!

A quick look over the entire program, and you'll understand where all my faith in it comes from. Nia's made me a believer in Fat Loss Detour, and I know you'll believe in it too!
