How Can Teens Lose Weight?

How can teens lose weight? In this article i will talk in detail on how teens can lose weight and the causes of weight gain. Being a teenager and having weight problems can be a nightmare. This can range from being teased and bullied at school and problems carrying out sports due to lack of fitness.

There is one rule that you as a teenager must abide by. You must eat healthily! I cannot stress this enough. Teenagers do have a tendance to eat a lot of junk food, we all know how good a take away tastes but we all know how bad these foods can be if you are eating them regularly. Lay off the fast food, try and take the healthier option.

Another key reason why teenagers are becoming overweight is due to the lack of exercise they are getting. Nearly all teenagers now have computer and video games, this means a lot of teenagers are getting no exercise!

You must get your body moving, there are so many sports or aerobic clubs you could join. If joining a sports club is not possible maybe invest in a home exercise DVD, there are many to chose from.

Try to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet, and grains, [rice, pasta, oats etc] lean meats, dairy, and fats. From these foods you should get all the minerals and vitamins you require.

So how can teens lose weight? Eat a well balanced diet and increase your exercise. For a teenager this is all you need to do before investing in any weight loss program. A weight loss will be your next step, a weight loss program can provide that extra motivation you may require.

i really want to weigh 130,and look GOOD in a BIKINI this summer,which is roughly about 2 months away,does anyone have any advice,i need help,i ve been saying i will do this for 2 years,and im sticking to it this time!!
