How To Lose Fat On Face – Quickly & Easily

I know that from personal experience having a fat face can be destructive on your self esteem. Unlike your body, you can’t hide your face behind some clothes.

The good news is, the fat on your face is the easiest to lose!

So in this article I would like to share with you how to lose the fat from your face…quickly and easily.

Now first of all, I should mention that you cannot target the fat to fall off your face. There are no face crunching exercises you can do that’ll chisel your face!

You simply have to focus on losing fat of your body as a whole, and the fat will come of your face too.

Having said that, when you focus on losing fat all over your body, it seems that the first place it comes off is your face.

I have noticed that from experience, and from the experiences of my many happy clients, is that the first place people notice their results is in their face. They might be thinking that their progress is ok, yeah you know I have lost 10 pounds or whatever, but when they bump into someone they haven’t seen in a month, or so the comments are always the same…

“Geez you’ve lost some weight, especially from the face!”

So although they have only lost 10 pounds or so, the change in their face is drastic!

I am just telling you this to give you some hope.

Don’t think you have to lose 50 pounds before you start to notice a difference. Once you have lost 10-15 pounds from all over your body, your face will be much leaner!

So here are some tips to get you losing fat from your face starting tomorrow.

1. WATCH HOW MUCH YOU EAT

Diets suck! Depriving yourself of foods you love, all while trying to eat foods you dislike.

This causes your cravings to run wild, and push our willpower to the very limit. Often times this leads to us giving up on a diet after only a few weeks.

Well after years of experimentation, I discovered that all this effort and stress simply wasn’t necessary. You can eat absolutely whatever you want, including beer, chocolate, ice cream and junk foods and still lose weight at the same rate as any other diet as long as…

You eat less than you need a day.

So instead of trying to eat strict, clean or healthy, stop worrying about what foods you are eating and instead focus on HOW MUCH food you are eating.

Believe me, it works and it is way more enjoyable.

A rough place to start is to simply eat 12 calories per pound of bodyweight. So a 200 pound man should start out trying to lose weight eating 2400 calories a day.

Feel free to spread these calories out however you want. You can eat them in 2 meals or in 6, as long as you eat less than you need you will lose weight.

If you haven’t lost weight eating this much in 2 weeks, drop your calories down by 200-300, and give it another 2 weeks.

2. EXERCISE

Simply strive to be active everyday and the fat will fall off. Try to do at least 15 minutes of exercise a day and you’ll see results. This can be anything from walking, riding a bike, playing a social sport, or any of the more conventional types of exercises, like the exercise bike, swimming, rowing, running etc.

3.  INTENSITY

If you want to kick it up a notch, I would recommend throwing in some more intense activities. Stuff like weightlifting.

Now this doesn’t have to be complex, just stick to the big basic exercises like Bench Press, Dips, Push Ups, Chin ups, Squats and Lunges and lift as much weight as you can or 8-12 reps.

You only need to do this once for each exercise to reap the benefits.

You could also do stuff like interval training where you could pick an exercise and go as hard as you can or 30 seconds. Then rest for 30 seconds and repeat another 6-9 times.

A handful of 20-60 meter sprints also work fantastic.

So if you stick to your calorie limit, and try to be active for at least 15 minutes a day, with the occasional intense workout thrown in, then you will definitely see a dramatic change in your face in only a few short weeks.

Just remember though that your diet makes up about 70-80% of your success in losing fat from your face.
