How To Lose The Fat Easily.
Ok, I would like to share with you what I believe is the best way to lose the fat. It took me 8 years of painstaking trial and error to discover this. So the purpose of writing this article is to hope that you can learn from my mistakes and jump straight on the fast track to losing fat…the easiest way I know how.
Best Way To Lose The Fat
My biggest problem with trying to lose the fat from my waist was that I loved…food too much!
I couldn’t stick to a diet for more than a few days before my cravings for the foods I was depriving myself of would run wild, causing me to ruin my diet, splurge and later feel guilty for doing so.
Problem was everywhere I looked, the only way to lose fat was to give up all those yummy foods, be strict and show plenty of discipline and willpower.
Well after 8 years of desperate trying, I realised that wasn’t for me!
So I started researching to find an easier way.
What I soon discovered was that it made no difference what you ate. I became curious as to why so many different diets work yet they are so different form each other.
Some say cut carbs, others say you need to eat more protein, low fat, only low glycemic carbs, you know the list goes on and on and on.
Well the only 1 thing in common I found with all these diets were….
They all caused you to eat a calorie deficit!
All these diets worked because they created a calorie deficit. It’s not because of the foods they make you eat or not eat, it’s because you are burning off more energy then you are taking in!
These diets though make you believe that weight loss occurred because you cut back on carbohydrates, or the increased amount of protein you ate sped up your metabolism.
Give me a break!
It worked because there was a calorie deficit. That is all.
Think about a low carb diet for a second.
If you gave up all chocolate, ice cream, drinks, bread, cereal, pasta, rice etc. then that is a serious amount of calories missing from your diet. Hence weight loss is inevitable. Its not that these foods were making you fat, it’s just that eating all these foods made it easier to eat more than you needed.
So since I am a self confessed junk food addict, I thought why can’t I simply monitor how much I eat, but still eat all my favourite foods everyday?
Well, I got to tell you this was the best decision of my life. I managed to lose 40 pounds and get in the best shape of my lfie. This was because I simply ate whatever I wanted but watched HOW MUCH I ate.
What I discovered through this was that dieting became so much easier because I wasn’t depriving myself of anything, and my cravings were virtually non existent.
So in my opinion the best way to lose the fat is to forget about what you are eating and instead focus on how much you are eating, and I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised with how easy the fat will fall off
