Manual preparation for starting periodic fast: For performing this task you should prepare physically and mentally to face the whole day without food and water. By this proper planning you don’t face hunger during fasting and helps you to continue this process for the whole day.
Actual fasting process:
During the actual fasting process don’t try to do more work outs which cause some disadvantages in performing the fasting process. During fasting process concentrate more on intellectual work rather than doing physical work. It definitely helps you.
Fast Breaking: after the successful finish of fasting you can go for you regular diet by starting the day with some lemon juice or glucose water, as it helps in removing toxins from the digestive system and after that you can have your break fast and continue with your day to day routine work.
Sustainable and balance weight loss program ca be achieved successfully by planning this kind of periodic fasting for three to four times in a month.
