Eating negative calorie food are hot topics nowadays. As you can see there are several commercial diet products which incorporate these types of foods into their ingredients, why? Because these foods give a tremendous natural fat-burning advantage, let’s see how it is work.

 First of all, we must be clear the term “negative calorie food” exactly. All food contain some calories and no foods are real zero calories or negative calories, so negative calorie foods are the foods which make the body use more calories to digest than the foods themselves actually contain. For example, you eat 100 grams of raw broccoli which contain 25 calories but in the process of digestion use 80 calories to digest them that cause you lose 55 calories! Is it work?

 The concept of negative calorie food is the same as the general weight loss process, burning more calories than one consumes. These foods contain a surplus of vitamins and minerals which can accelerate enzyme production rate to break down not only its own calories, but also additional calories present in the digestion system.  There are many kinds of these foods. If you love vegetables, you can have some asparagus, broccolis, cabbages, carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Endive, Green Beans, Onion, and Papaya. Moreover veggies, you may have some sweet fruit like Grapefruit, Cranberries, Apricot, Apples, Plum, blueberry, cantaloupe, Pineapple, Strawberry, Watermelon. However, it is pretty difficult in real life to eat only negative calorie food. Even though these foods are all high fiber and very healthy, most of people are still not satisfy to eat them everyday especially anyone who used to a typical American diet style.

From example above, you will see that there are many healthy foods which combine low calories, good taste and excellent negative calories properties together. I know it is hard to eat these foods only in order to lose weight. But, no matter what, you should try to mix at least a few of them into your everyday diet. They all offer one or more significant health, fitness, fat loss benefits!
