Lower abdominal weight loss is some thing we all strive for. A half an hour of aerobic activity three times a week in conjunction with a well planned meal schedule will produce huge results in a matter of weeks. Experiment a bit ,lower abdominal weight loss is not a Pandora's box type thing, only the lucky ones get to be trim. It doesn't have to be that complicated. How do the guys in boot camp get so healthy in six weeks,or the guys in prison for that matter. They are working out and eating regular food. They don't get to pick what diet they want but it works anyhow. So you don't need to spend thousands on a miracle diet . Regular exercise and proportioned meals will increase your lower abdominal weight loss by leaps and bounds.
The right exercise for lower abdominal weight loss is different for everyone. It boils down to this, find a few exercises you like and stay with them. You should be concentrating on whole body workouts or strictly aerobic activity. Aerobic activity doesn't have to be difficult either , it could be a number of things like,bike riding,swimming ,hiking ,rollerskating,or fast paced walking with weights in your hands.The right exercise is the one you'll keep doing. Whatever routine you start for lower abdominal weight loss, the key is to stick with it , you will have no idea if it is working or not if you don't give it some time.
Don't just target your abs in a workout [crunches,or sit-ups] because they recover so quickly and the duration of the exercise isn't long enough to burn enough calories to lose weight. These exercises are basically for toning and building the muscle. Whole body workouts will work your abs better and will increase your heart rate longer for optimal lower abdominal weight loss. Your abdomen is a support muscle for pretty much the rest of your body. So with aerobic or a full body workout your lower abdomen will be getting worked as well.
