Most of the people among us are very fond of model's figure. We do envy their body figure and style although we also do admire their figure. Every person has an excitement to achieve something that look more superior to our fellowmen and so that we can also be known for that quality among the inhabitants around us. At most times, it seems impossible to achieve the things that people are known around for. One of these situations also includes acquiring the fabulous body of a model. We see them on television, internet, magazines and everywhere and we most of the times think that they are extra-ordinary. Actually, nothing is extra-ordinary. A person can even achieve the most dominating and attractive body of all if they perform their best for achieving it. In the beginning, I would also like to say that everything requires hard work and continuousness in order to be achieved and therefore I would strongly recommend anyone reading this article to never give up doing what I advice and do as suggested and I guarantee that soon people will demand to have a body like you and you will be an example just as now the models are. In this session, I will state a few tips recommended by most of the models (I won't be specifying their name) which will help you to achieve a slim, trim and fit body like models.
The first tip that models recommend the most is to always have a calorie calculator with you. The models always use the calorie calculator to analyze the percentage of calorie that could be found in the specific meal that they take before having it. It is very important to take care of the diet and the amount of calorie that you are taking so that it may not affect the internal fatness of the organs and thereby keeping you from getting over weighted. Calorie calculators can be easily found on any nearby medical store or it can be found online as well like searching for it on google.com. Most of the model restricts their diet to 1400 calorie per day and they don't allow it to exceed above this value which keeps them set and fit. The calories, as I stated above, can be calculated by the calorie calculator easily.
The next tip that models recommend is to exercise daily. No matter for a very short period or for a short while say 30min, but one should always do light to moderate exercise to keep their self fit and steady. This will help the muscles of your body to remain inflow with relaxation and contraction, so that it can expand and contact as comfortably as it can which will maintain the shape of your body, letting you to organize yourself as you please regarding the daily diet you consume.
To maintain the shape of thighs and hips, jogging is also recommended by the models in morning. Jogging should be done at least 15-20 minutes daily. This will keep the flow of blood throughout your body causing every organ of your body to be in flow and function perfectly and flawlessly.
Next, after the exercise, comes the heaviest meal say breakfast. Breakfast should always be taken in a large amount. This is because our body requires a lot of heat/energy to function properly throughout the day, and therefore the first meal should be large enough to fulfill the need of the body and letting you to be refreshed all day long. Models usually take boiled eggs, or omelets or half-fried eggs with toast or bread. Occasionally, this diet can be replaced by just having some high calorie fruits say apples, or bananas. The breakfast can also be followed by a cup of light black coffee.
Lunch is the next step which influences the diet of a person. Lunch shouldn't be too heavy as compared to the breakfast. It should be that light that you feel yourself full enough to carry on the work till night. Lunch is usually taken between 12:00PM - 1:00PM. Models usually take light sandwiches or salad in the lunch accompanied by a cup of tea or diet coke.
Snacks can also be taken occasionally just incase if you feel a bit hungry, but it should be taken in a normal amount so that it won't disturb the aim of being restricted to 1400 calorie per day.
Next is the dinner which is taken generally at 8:00PM. The models dinner diet usually contains roasted chicken or fried fish. It is followed by boiled and mildly spiced vegetables. As a liquid source, a glass of wine or fruit juice is accompanied with the dinner. (Remember, water is the main source of flow of blood and therefore water should be taken in a large quantity throughout the day say 8-12 glass per day or 4-5 liters per day).
To keep the metabolism process in the body in flow while during the time of rest or sleep, the final late evening snacks are taken which are consumed by the body while sleeping (as while sleeping, the body also consumes a large amount of energy as the body remains in function).It may consists of water based fruits, as body requires water for the flow and food for the heat. The fruits like watermelon, musk melon, kiwi and generally taken by the models.

If you will maintain your daily schedule as I explained above, I guarantee that you will soon have the body of a model and your body will be just as perfect as you always dreamt for in no time.
