The reason that the most new year's resolutions is, that they are not too extreme or be time-consuming. Who is really to give all candy or stick to the sweating in the gym for hours a day? What you need is a new year's resolution, which is enough simply to a part of your daily life this year and will lead to long-term weight. Resolution # 1: drinking a large glass of water before each meal.

Save this simple measures mountains of calories in the coming year! By filling in the stomach with water right before you eat, you reduce your chances on excessive eating during the meal. Drink more water is also healthy for everything your body including transform body fat into usable power.

Resolution # 2: wait 20 minutes before deciding seconds.
