You should know that is not permanent weight loss, if you don’t believe it you can ask the person that already follow the diet program. Did he/she regain the weight within a few months? Yes! You can gain the permanent weight loss only with the right eating system.

You can begin with your eat portion. Split your meals into 5 small meals. It will avoid you from feeling hungry. But, many person not realize it, they starving theirself with skip their meals or reduce their calorie intake, it only make their metabolism lowers. If you begin to starving yourself or reduce calories intake too much, your body will not get enough energy in burning fat. That’s why you can find a people that eat along day but still can maintain their ideal weight.

You should begin to avoid all the junk food. It contains empty calorie. Your metabolic process can’t burn the empty calorie into energy. Your body will instantly turn the empty calorie into fat. Well, you can begin to prepare your meals by yourself. Eating a high quality protein in each your meals, will help you to cut appetite and suppress cravings. Protein also help you in maintain lean muscle mass.
