Reynolds is considered one of the fittest bodies in Hollywood today. From his first appearance in the movie Van Wilder where everyone was able to to see his incredible six pack abs and fit body.
In order to get additional muscle size and six pack abs Ryan Reynolds's diet had to include plenty of high-quality protein and they added carb rotation. Carb rotation simply means that you rotate the amount of carbohydrates that you eat on a daily basis.
When you use "Carb Rotation" your body's metabolism will not slow down as it would if you were on a low carbohydrate diet everyday. For the movie Blade Trinity Reynolds only had 5 months to get in shape. In that short period, he was able to drop his body fat from 11% to 3%.
