There is a new and extremely popular diet theory on the market called calorie shifting. This theory has been around for a while, but only recently has a diet created and advertised to the public. I am going to tell you about this shifting calories diet, and at the bottom, I will tell you where you can find the book that started it all.
The theory has been in circulation for some time now, and many of us are realizing the potential of the shifting calories diet these days. The plan is simple and easy to undergo. Most conventional weight loss programs force us to lay off mouth watering food for long periods. Lack of availability of fat and carbohydrates bring in additional health problems. Burning of fat is essential for producing energy. And when you produce energy, you burn calories and lose weight.
The first process involved in this diet plan is to find out your calorie requirement per day depending on your weight. The first two days of the program involves eating excess calories. Your body will start working overtime to burn off all the excess calories, fat, and carbs your body has accumulated. The next five days, you bring down the calorie intake to less than the essential levels. You will eat every three hours and certain foods to maximize the efficiency of your metabolism. Your body would still continue to burn calories at the higher levels of the previous two days.
Continue this inflating and deflating process several times and even before you know it, you excess flab is removed. Lack of side affects, detoxification, and overall safeness are the biggest advantages of the shifting calories diet.
