You will also develop a serious appetite and by noon (or whenever you decide to eat) you'll eat anything in sight
Drinking more water and start losing body fat

Most of the weight that you will lose in the first few days of your diet will be mostly water, by keeping properly hydrated you will protect you heart, kidneys and muscles. Water will help to "flush" your system of salt and aid in lowering your blood pressure. You will also feel more full with less food by increasing you water to at least 8 - 10 8oz. glasses a day
Your "friend" to your losing body fat is eating more
More precise, eating more often throughout the day is the key to losing body fat. This way you will keep your metabolism revving and you will avoid bad food cravings. The premise is easy, instead of the usual three large meals a day, you will change to five smaller meals. Don't worry - the smaller meals will have enough food in them to make you feel like you are more than you usually
do but the reality will be a reduction in calories and carbohydrates.
Don't just sit there anymore
Activity will insure that you are losing body fat weight loss and will help you keep it off. If it's been a while since you've been active then find something that's easy for you to do and that you'll enjoy for just 45 mins. a day like golf, gardening more or even some sports like joining a baseball league, shooting basketball or throwing the football with the kids. later you can increase to a more physically demanding exercise routine once you are ready . the more active you become the more fat you will lose and healthier you'll become
The trick to losing body fat is to do the easy things first. This will give you more confidence to stay on your new and improved lifestyle choice and to see some weight loss quickly and easily without all the harsh changes. It's a great way to start out
