Two Exercises Every Woman Should Do

Ever wonder if the exercises you are doing are doing are good to give you the best results for your body? Well look no further; these two moves offer body benefits for every woman, just make them a part of your fitness routine on a regular basis and you will be looking and feeling better in no time. These two exercises are essential for every woman, the benefits would want you to make them a part of your daily routine.

Exercise 1: Squats:

Squats are the go-to move for everyone who strength trains because they engage more muscles than any other move. Squats work hamstrings, out thighs, gluteus, core abdominals and the muscles that support your spine. You do not need any equipment to perform squats, but always have the option of adding an exercise ball to add challenge perform 1 -3 sets of 8-15 repetitions.

Exercise 2: one arm dumbbell row

Did you know that the easiest way to look younger and leaner is to improve your posture? That could be one reason why we see everybody rushing towards learning the new yoga and Pilates classes. Rounded are common among women when the weight of the breast pulls the shoulders forward and upper back muscles are weak. Most people only train what they consider a "problem" or what they can see in the mirror. This exercise also targets several other muscles at once the biceps, shoulders and other back muscles (traps & rhomboids), which will help improve your overall upper body strength aim for 1-3 sets of 8-15 repetition.

Both these exercises should be done after stretching for 10 minutes. For best results do these exercises after performing your cardiovascular exercises. Once your heart rate is high performing these exercises will get you the desired body shape within a short period of time.
